Trade and Labour Hire
Ticketed trades and labourers, on your site when you need them
Headcount that flexes with the program
What trade hire actually solves
A construction program never needs the same number of people two weeks running. Carrying permanent staff for peak weeks means paying for them in quiet ones; running lean means a single absence can stall a trade and everything scheduled behind it.
Trade hire solves the timing problem. You bring people on for the weeks you need them, at the skill level the work requires, without the recruitment cycle, the payroll administration or the redundancy exposure. When the program changes — and it will — the headcount changes with it.

How we place a worker
You call or send a request with the role, the site, the start time and any tickets required. We work from a pool of workers we’ve already met, screened and verified — not a database of resumes.
Before anyone is offered to you, we confirm their tickets and certifications are current, that they have the PPE for the role, and that they can get to your site for the start time. You get the name and the relevant background before they arrive.
If we don’t have the right person available, we say so rather than sending someone close enough. In a trade where the wrong worker costs you a day, that honesty is worth more than a fast yes.

The first two hours are on us
Why clients stay with Elite
If the person we send isn’t up to standard, tell us within the first two hours of the shift. You won’t be invoiced for it, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
That guarantee exists because we know what the alternative feels like. Most builders have paid a full day’s rate for someone who couldn’t do the work, and had no recourse beyond not calling that agency again. We’d rather absorb that cost ourselves than have you carry it.
Alongside it: a direct contact who knows your site, 24-hour availability for genuine emergencies, and a single invoice covering payroll, superannuation and workers’ compensation.
