We connect skilled blue-collar workers with businesses that need reliable people to get the job done. In labour hire, matching the right person to the right role isn’t administration — it’s the entire product. A tradesperson who is technically qualified but wrong for the site still costs you a day. 

So we screen, check and place ourselves. Every worker’s tickets and certifications are verified before they’re offered to you. Every placement is made by someone who has spoken to both the client and the candidate.

We supply into construction, civil, shutdown and mechanical work, and industrial, logistics and warehousing operations. Some clients need one trade for a day. Others build a crew with us over years. Both matter.

 Our commitment runs in two directions: we work to keep clients’ projects staffed and moving, and to give our workers steady, well-matched work they want to come back for. In this industry those two things aren’t separable — workers who feel treated fairly are the ones who turn up.

Non-compliance is your liability even when the worker is ours. So we treat it as ours too.

When you engage a labour hire worker, WHS exposure doesn’t stay neatly with the agency. That’s why our compliance process runs before placement, not after an incident.

01Tickets and certifications verified

We sight and record every ticket, licence and certification before a worker is offered. White cards, high-risk work licences, plant tickets — checked, not assumed.

02PPE confirmed before the shift

PPE confirmed before the shift Workers arrive with the personal protective equipment their role requires. We confirm this at placement, not at the gate.

03Site induction readiness

We brief workers on what your induction will cover so they arrive prepared to complete it, rather than losing half a morning to it.

04Insured and covered

Workers are on our payroll, covered by our workers’ compensation and public liability insurance.

Most of our clients have one direct contact at Elite who knows their site, their standards and the trades they use. That’s deliberate. When you call at 5am because someone hasn’t shown, you shouldn’t have to explain your project from scratch.
